HOW DO I RSVP FOR THE WEDDING?

To confirm your attendance, please complete the form below and submit a $50-per-person room deposit with our official destination wedding coordinators, Just Book It Travel.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK WITH JUST BOOK IT TRAVEL?

Yes. In order to attend the wedding events, you must book your stay through Just Book It Travel.

They manage the guest list, room block, transportation, and event logistics providing group rates, concierge-level support, and easy payment options.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

All events will be hosted in adults only wedding venues at Secrets Resort (18 and +), including the ceremony and reception.

A small, limited block of rooms is available at the family friendly Dreams Resort for guests traveling with children. Dreams offers a kids club and babysitting services, while wedding events will remain adults only. Adult guests have full access to grounds, restaurants, and amenities.

WHAT ARE THE SUGGESTED TRAVEL DATES?

While the wedding takes place on February 19, 2027, we would love for you to enjoy a full vacation!

The minimum stay is three nights, and we recommend booking from February 17 to February 21, 2027.

Feel free to stay longer so you can enjoy the resort, attend the wedding, and relax.

Group rates apply for up to 7 nights, subject to availability.

A 3-night minimum stay is required to attend the wedding.

CAN I BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS?

Your plus-ones are more than welcome to join you on the trip! We kindly ask that you keep in mind the wedding events are invitation-only.

WHAT IF I'M UNSURE OF MY EXACT TRAVEL DATES?

Book now and finalize later!

Changes are penalty-free until September 21, 2026.

If in doubt, reserve a longer stay, you can reduce nights later (subject to availability).

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

-A $50 per guest deposit confirms your RSVP and secures your room.

-You may make optional monthly payments at your own pace (payments are notautomatically drafted).

-Your final balance is due on September 21, 2026.

-After this date, all payments become non-refundable, unless you purchased travel protection.

Example:

If your total reservation is $1,000, you would pay:

-$50 at the time of booking

-Any amount you’d like each month (for example, $100 per month)

-The remaining balance must be paid in full by September 21, 2026

CAN I PURCHASE TRAVEL PROTECTION?

Absolutely and it is highly recommended!

Protect your investment from the unexpected.

You can purchase at the time of booking or within 10 days. Travel protection insurance can also be purchased independently of Just Book It Travel.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

-Before September 21, 2026: Only $50 of the deposit is non-refundable, unless you have travel protection.

-After September 21, 2026: All payments are non-refundable.

Refunds must be requested through your travel insurance provider.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

If you arrive early, feel free to enjoy the pool, beach, and restaurants while your room is prepared.

Pro tip: Pack swimwear in your carry-on!

Flights to Cancun (CUN) are typically available 10-11 months in advance.

HOW CAN I SCHEDULE MY GROUND TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT?

Its easy! The JBIT team will contact you 90 days before the wedding with the best options for the entire group. Stay tuned!

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes! All guests need a valid passport to travel to Mexico.

Double-check that it's valid for the full duration of your stay.

If you don't have one yet, apply early! Expedited processing can take up to 12 weeks.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK OR PREP FOR?

We have created a Pre-Travel Checklist to make things easy-especially if it's been a while since your last international trip.

Confirmed guests will receive a complete Travel Guide 7-10 days before departure.
